Job Description

Job Type: Full-time | Location: 100% Remote (Work from Home)

Experience: 1–2 years

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain backend services, and design RESTful APIs using Node.js & Express.js.
• Design efficient, scalable database schemas (Relational & Non-relational).
• Optimize database queries and overall backend performance.
• Integrate backend services with frontend applications and external APIs.
• Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code.
• Debug, test, and continuously improve backend systems.

Requirements:

• Experience: 1–2 years of strong experience with Node.js & Express.js.
• Databases: Strong knowledge of SQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with WebSockets (real-time communication) & basic understanding of system design/backend architecture.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science is required.
• Language: Fluent English (written and spoken) is required.
• Skills: Strong problem-solving skills and high attention to detail.

Nice to Have:

Familiarity with scalable backend architectures.

Experience with Redis & BullMQ (queue-based job processing).

Familiarity with FastAPI.

Experience with cloud environments & deployment (AWS or Azure).
