Job Description

Job Type: Full-time | Location: 100% Remote (Work from Home)

Experience: 3–4 years

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage translation projects from initiation to final delivery.
  • Follow up on all project stages (translation, editing, proofreading, DTP).
  • Communicate with translators, reviewers, and designers to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Handle project files and perform basic Desktop Publishing (DTP) tasks when needed (using MS Word & Adobe InDesign).
  • Review, edit, and translate assigned content to ensure quality, accuracy, and consistency.
  • Maintain project documentation and ensure client satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 3–4 years of experience as a Project Coordinator in a translation company.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the translation lifecycle and workflow.
  • Tools: Hands-on experience with CAT tools (such as SDL Trados, MemoQ, etc.).
  • DTP Skills: Proven experience in Desktop Publishing (MS Word & Adobe InDesign) plus translation/proofreading.
  • Languages: Excellent command of English and Arabic.
  • Skills: Strong organizational skills, ability to work under pressure, and handle multiple projects.
