BIM Interior Design Engineer

Job Description

Location: Sheikh Zayed
Experience: 3–6 years

Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in BIM for interior design projects
Strong proficiency in Revit and BIM workflows
Good knowledge of AutoCAD and 3Ds Max (preferred)
Strong understanding of interior design standards, materials, and detailing
Experience working with multidisciplinary teams (Architectural, Structural, MEP)
Strong communication and team collaboration skills
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage BIM models for interior design projects using Revit, ensuring compliance with BIM standards and LOD requirements
Produce accurate interior drawings, layouts, detailed drawings, schedules, and material take-offs
Coordinate with architectural, structural, and MEP teams to ensure clash-free and aligned deliverables
|Support design development and construction documentation with a focus on accuracy and buildability
Ensure all work complies with project specifications, timelines, and quality standards
Assist in resolving design-related issues and provide technical support to the team
Maintain organized project documentation and ensure proper version control
Track progress and ensure timely delivery of all assigned tasks
