Job Description

•Supervise and support the core operational team (Social Media Specialists, Content Writers, Media Buyers, Graphic Designers, Videographers, and Editors)

• Manage workload distribution and monitor daily task execution to ensure timely and quality output

• Step in to fill operational gaps in case of absence, overload, or delivery delays

• Act as the strategic partner for clients (existing and new)

• Translate marketing goals into comprehensive strategies, content plans, and advertising blueprints

• Maintain consistent communication with clients to align expectations and performance

• Ensure full delivery of marketing services with measurable outcomes

• Plan, oversee, and evaluate advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other platforms

• Troubleshoot underperforming campaigns and optimize based on KPIs

• Collaborate with media buyers and creatives to deliver high ROI results

• Design and refine workflows for team productivity and collaboration

• Implement and train the team on tools like ClickUp, Notion, Trello, Google Workspace, etc.

• Track team performance and ensure alignment with deadlines and client briefs

•Take initiative to resolve internal team issues and client escalations with calm and professionalism

• Be flexible with working hours when urgent cases arise, or deadlines are tight .

• 5 years of Proven experience in digital marketing within an Marketing agency .

• Proven track record in strategic planning, team management, and client success

• Solid experience with paid ads, content strategy, social media, design, and video production

• Familiarity with campaign management tools, CRMs, and task management platforms

• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with a Cando attitude
