Job requirements :

Bachelor’s degree in law
2-5 years of experience in a corporate or in-house legal role
Strong knowledge of commercial and corporate law
Experience in Writing, reviewing, and translating contracts and corporate & personnel affairs .
Excellent contract drafting and negotiation skills
High proficiency in written and spoken English
Excellent communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
