Job Description

Location: Sheraton
Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Days Off: Friday & Saturday

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide full administrative and operational support to the sales team
  • Manage, update, and analyze customer data through CRM systems
  • Generate accurate sales reports, dashboards, and performance insights
  • Coordinate seamlessly between Sales, Customers, and internal departments
  • Ensure timely follow-ups on leads, quotations, and client requests
  • Maintain organized documentation and ensure data accuracy

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in Sales Administration or a similar role
  • Strong hands-on experience with CRM systems (Enjaz is a strong advantage)
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Professional communication and coordination abilities
  • Good command of English (written & spoken
