Qualification:
In depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws and regulation
- Recruitment and Staffing: Involves identifying staffing needs, conducting interviews, and facilitating the hiring process to ensure the organization has the right talent in place.
- Employee Relations: Acting as a liaison between employees and management, handling grievances, mediating conflicts, and ensuring a positive work environment.
- Training and Development: Identifying training needs, developing programs, and facilitating employee development to enhance skills and competencies.
- Compensation and Benefits: Managing employee compensation structures, benefits programs, bonuses, and other incentives to attract and retain talent.
- Performance Management: Developing and implementing performance appraisal systems, conducting reviews, providing feedback, and addressing performance issues.
- HR Policies and Procedures: Establishing and enforcing HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with laws and regulations and consistency across the organization.
- Legal Compliance: Staying updated with employment laws and regulations, handling legal issues related to employment, and ensuring the organization’s compliance.
- Employee Engagement: Fostering a positive organizational culture, improving employee morale and engagement through various initiatives and programs.
- HR Administration: Managing employee records, HR databases, payroll processing, and other administrative tasks related to HR functions.
- Strategic Planning: Participating in organizational strategic planning by providing insights and recommendations on workforce planning, talent management, and other HR-related matters.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Excellent in English and Microsoft Office.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in HR management or related roles.
- Strong understanding of HR practices, laws, and regulations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation skills and problem solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
