📌 Job Description:

We are seeking a polished and charismatic Indoor Sales Representative to join our upscale retail branch at Ramses Hilton. In this role, you will act as the face of our brand, welcoming diverse local and international clients, delivering an exceptional shopping experience, and driving sales growth in high-end gifts and accessories.

🎯 Responsibilities:

• Customer Relations: Greet and welcome premium guests (Arabs and foreigners) with top-tier hospitality, accommodating various cultural backgrounds smoothly.
• Sales & Consultation: Guide customers through our collections, explain current promotions, and actively suggest matching gifts or accessories.
• Cashiering & Checkout: Process financial transactions and payments accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
• Store Management: Maintain store cleanliness, ensure high-quality product presentation, and manage display arrangements.
• Target Achievement: Meet and exceed daily and monthly sales goals through excellent communication and persuasion skills.

📋 Job Requirements:

• Education: Higher education degree or upper-intermediate diploma.
• Age: Between 25 and 33 years old.
• Experience: 1–4 years of experience (preferred in high-end gifts, retail, or accessories).
• Languages: Good command of the English language (essential for communicating with foreign tourists).
• Key Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, professional grooming/appearance, and the ability to handle peak retail hours under pressure.

🎁 Benefits & Work Environment:

Compensation Package: Competitive basic salary + Social Insurance + attractive sales commissions (ranging from 1% to 1.5%).

Location: Ramses Hilton, Cairo.

Shift Details: 10-hour shifts.

Days Off: 1 day off per week.
