Experience: 3–5 years
Job Description:
Lead and supervise production line teams

Ensure productivity, quality, and safety standards are met

Monitor team performance and prepare performance reports

Train and develop team members

Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency

Requirements:

3–5 years of relevant experience

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams

Good communication and organizational skills

Ability to work under pressure and meet production targets
