Payroll Specialist

Job Description

Key Responsibilities :
Has experience in using ERP system .
Proficiency in dealing with fingerprint devices and extracting their reports .
Strong knowledge of labor , tax and insurance laws .
Responsible for preparing and processing salaries , collecting data on attendance , departure , vacations , overtime and calculating salaries , deductions , allowances and monthly bonuses .
Preparing the necessary reports for government agencies such as taxes and insurance .
Follow up on end of service benefits , compensation and annual bonus .
Job Requirements :
Males Only
Resident in Cairo .
3-5 years of experiences .
Deep understanding of labor law and employment equity regulations .
Excellent written and verbal communications skills .
Strong decision making and problem solving skills .
