Pharmacy Manager

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Pharmacy Manager to oversee pharmacy operations, lead the team, and ensure excellent customer service. The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving operational, quality, and sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the daily operations of the pharmacy.
• Lead, supervise, and evaluate pharmacy staff.
• Prepare work schedules and ensure adequate staffing.
• Monitor inventory, purchasing, and product availability.
• Control expiration dates, shortages, and stock levels.
• Ensure compliance with pharmacy laws and company policies.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally.
• Monitor sales performance and implement improvement plans.
• Prepare operational and financial reports.
• Maintain high standards of service, safety, and cleanliness.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy.
• Valid professional license.
• Proven experience in pharmacy management or supervision.
• Strong leadership and team-management skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Good knowledge of inventory and pharmacy operations.
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
• Proficiency in pharmacy systems and computer applications.
