A Smart Phones Manufacturing Company is seeking to hire a Production Engineer Supervisor to join our team

Job Description:

Supervise daily production activities and ensure targets are achieved

Manage production teams, assign tasks, and monitor performance

Ensure compliance with manufacturing standards, safety regulations, and company policies

Control manpower, materials, and production efficiency

Resolve production issues and coordinate with planning, warehouse, and quality teams

Monitor production KPIs and implement improvement actions when needed

Maintain discipline, motivation, and high productivity among team members

Prepare daily production reports and submit accurate data to management

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience in production management within large-scale companies

Strong communication and team management skills

Good command of English (reading, writing, and speaking)

Strong execution ability with a results-oriented mindset

Good target management skills and ability to work under pressure
