Job Description
Location: Sheraton
Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Days Off: Friday & Saturday
Key Responsibilities
- Provide full administrative and operational support to the sales team
- Manage, update, and analyze customer data through CRM systems
- Generate accurate sales reports, dashboards, and performance insights
- Coordinate seamlessly between Sales, Customers, and internal departments
- Ensure timely follow-ups on leads, quotations, and client requests
- Maintain organized documentation and ensure data accuracy
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in Sales Administration or a similar role
- Strong hands-on experience with CRM systems (Enjaz is a strong advantage)
- Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Professional communication and coordination abilities
- Good command of English (written & spoken
