🎯 Job Description & Responsibilities:

  • Calendar Management: Organize and schedule appointments and meetings for the management team.
  • Communication Handling: Answer and forward phone calls, handle inquiries, and manage the official email correspondence with clients and suppliers.
  • Documentation & Archiving: Prepare, type, and distribute letters, reports, and administrative forms. Organize and archive paper and electronic files.
  • Department Coordination: Coordinate tasks between different departments and follow up on management requests.
  • Sales & Admin Support: Assist in preparing price quotations, following up on purchase orders, invoices, and sales-related documents.
  • Visitor Reception: Welcome and assist visitors and clients, maintaining a professional company image.

📝 Job Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Age: 22 to 33 years old.
  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree, Higher Institute, or Diploma.
  • Personal Traits & Skills:
    • Highly organized with excellent time management and multitasking skills.
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a professional appearance.
    • High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and integrity when handling confidential data.
    • Ability to work under pressure, fast learner, and a cooperative team player.
  • Computer & Language Skills (Very Good Level):
    • Full proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and PC operations.
    • Skilled in internet research and social media platforms.
    • Good command of English and Arabic (Reading, Writing, and Speaking).

🎁 Working Hours & Benefits:

  • Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
  • Days Off: Friday and Saturday.
  • Industry: Medical Supplies Trading & Distribution.
