Job Description

📍 Location: Sheraton
Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Days Off: Friday & Saturday

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals
  • Identify new business opportunities and build a strong client pipeline
  • Handle inbound and outbound sales activities efficiently
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
  • Follow up on leads, negotiate deals, and close sales professionally
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Update and manage client data through CRM systems
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smo3–5 years of experience in Sales (brokerage experience is a strong plus)
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Experience working with CRM systems
  • Ability to work in a target-driven, fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
