Job Description

We are looking for a talented and motivated Software Engineer to join our team in the Fifth Settlement, New Cairo. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing reliable software solutions, improving existing systems, and collaborating with different teams to deliver high-quality digital products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable software applications.
  • Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
  • Develop and integrate APIs and third-party services.
  • Identify technical issues and implement effective solutions.
  • Review existing systems and recommend performance and security improvements.
  • Collaborate with product, design, and quality assurance teams.
  • Participate in code reviews and follow software development best practices.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation.
  • Monitor application performance and resolve reported issues.
  • Stay updated with relevant technologies and development practices.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of professional software development experience.
  • Strong knowledge of programming fundamentals, data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming.
  • Proficiency in at least one modern programming language, such as JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, Java, C#, or PHP.
  • Experience with modern web frameworks and RESTful APIs.
  • Good knowledge of relational or non-relational databases.
  • Familiarity with Git and collaborative development workflows.
  • Understanding of software testing, debugging, security, and performance optimization.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
  • Good command of written and spoken English.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, or DevOps practices.
  • Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments.
  • Knowledge of system design and scalable software architecture.
  • A portfolio or GitHub profile showcasing previous projects is an advantage.
