We are seeking a highly motivated and target-driven Inside Sales / Telesales Representative to join our growing team at our Makram Ebeid, Nasr City office. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting outbound calls to prospective clients, identifying business opportunities, and delivering professional presentations to maximize sales. 🎯 Key Responsibilities:

  • Outbound Sales & Follow-ups: Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients and follow up with existing customers to promote products or services.
  • Customer Needs Assessment: Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Presentations: Prepare and deliver professional presentations highlighting product features, advantages, and benefits.
  • Objection Handling: Address customer inquiries, objections, and complaints with the utmost professionalism and efficiency.
  • Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Strategy & Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop innovative sales strategies and improve customer engagement.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and competitors to maintain a competitive edge.

📋 Job Requirements:

  • Education: Open to Students and Graduates (Higher Education, Upper-Intermediate, or Intermediate diplomas).
  • Age Limit: Between 19 and 28 years old.
  • Language Skills: English proficiency: B2–C1 (Fluent to Very Good in speaking, writing, and comprehension).
  • Computer & Tech Skills:Very Good across all core applications:
    • Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
    • Internet Research & Social Media navigation.
    • Strong technical writing and reading skills.
  • Core Competencies: Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and persuasion skills. Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of handling high call volumes while maintaining quality interactions.

  • Fixed Days Off: Saturday and Sunday (Weekend).
