• Background: Having a background in the educational field or engineering courses is preferred.
• Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
• Language: Good level of English (Basic).
• Tools: Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Competencies: Excellent time management, organizational skills, and the ability to work under pressure.
