Telesales Executive

Job Description

A Media Production and Marketing Agency is looking for a motivated and target-driven Telesales Executive with excellent communication, persuasion, and client engagement skills.

Job Requirements

• 1–3 years of sales experience, preferably within an advertising or marketing agency.
• Proficiency in using Odoo.
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills, both over the phone and during face-to-face meetings.
• Good understanding of marketing principles and media production services.
• Ability to use AI tools efficiently.
• Very good command of English.
• Highly organized, results-oriented, and capable of achieving sales targets.

Job Responsibilities

• Contact potential clients by phone and introduce them to the company’s services.
• Explain marketing and media production packages in detail and recommend suitable solutions for each client.
• Identify clients’ needs and provide appropriate consultations.
• Organize and manage client meetings, both online and in person.
• Follow up with potential clients and maintain accurate, up-to-date records on Odoo.
• Build strong relationships with clients and guide them through the sales process.
• Work toward achieving assigned sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth.
