- Client Prospecting: Identify and prospect new clients to expand the company’s customer base.
- Field Visits & Presentations: Conduct field visits and deliver professional property presentations to potential clients.
- Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate effectively with clients and successfully close sales deals.
- Client Follow-up: Follow up with clients post-sale to ensure maximum satisfaction and maintain relations.
- Target Achievement: Achieve and exceed the monthly and annual sales targets set by management.
📝 Job Requirements & Qualifications:
- Age: 18 to 35 years old.
- Experience: 1 to 4 years of sales experience.
- Education: Open for Students, High School Diplomas, Intermediate, Upper-Intermediate, and Bachelor’s Degrees.
- Personal Traits & Skills:
- High flexibility and adaptability to deal with different clients and situations.
- Proactiveness and initiative in seeking opportunities and following up with prospects.
- Excellent time management skills to handle appointments and schedules efficiently.
- Fast learning ability to understand new real estate products and projects.
- High commitment, integrity, and a strong team spirit to support the sales team.
- Computer & Language Skills (Very Good Level):
- Full proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Highly skilled in internet research and Social Media platforms.
- Strong communication, reading, and writing skills.
🎁 Working Hours & Benefits:
- Working Hours: 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
- Days Off: Friday and Saturday
- Benefits: Attractive commission of 25%.
