- Telesales & Outreach: Contact potential clients via phone to introduce and provide detailed information about engineering courses.
- Consulting & Relations: Build strong relationships with clients, understand their educational needs, and offer tailored course solutions.
- Inquiry Handling: Present course offerings professionally and answer all client inquiries.
- Follow-up & Conversion: Follow up with leads consistently to encourage enrollment and registration.
- Data Management: Update the customer database and document call outcomes regularly.
- Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
📝 Job Requirements & Qualifications:
- Age: 23 to 24 years old.
- Skills & Preferences:
- Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Background in engineering courses or the educational sector is highly preferred.
- Excellent time management, organizational skills, and the ability to work under pressure to hit targets.
- Computer & Language Skills (Very Good Level):
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Good command of Basic English.
- Skilled in PC operations, internet research, and social media platforms.
🎁 Working Hours & Benefits:
- Working Hours & Location:
- In-Office: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- Out-of-Office: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
- Days Off: Friday only (📌 Bonus: Upgrades to 6 days off per month after 6 months of employment).
- Benefits & Commissions:
- Social Insurance.
- Attractive Commission Structure:
- Base commission: 2%.
- Target achievement from 50% to 80% qualifies for the commission.
- Target achievement from 80% and above upgrades the commission to 5%.
